Annual Free Urdu Bibles Distribution
Every year, Good Samaritan Ministries Pakistan organizes a large-scale Annual Free Urdu Bibles Distribution campaign to place the Word of God into the hands of believers and seekers across Pakistan. This annual event is one of the highlights of our ministry calendar and a powerful testimony to the hunger for Scripture that exists throughout the nation.
Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Naeem Nasir, the Annual Bible Distribution reaches churches, communities, and individuals in cities, towns, and remote villages who have little or no access to the Word of God.

Why an Annual Distribution Campaign?
While Good Samaritan Ministries distributes Free Urdu Bibles throughout the year, the Annual Distribution is a focused, large-scale effort that allows us to reach more people in a concentrated period. Churches and ministry partners across Pakistan submit requests for Bibles months in advance, and our team coordinates logistics to deliver thousands of Bibles during this campaign.
The annual campaign serves several important purposes:
- Reaching new believers — Many people accept Christ during our revival crusades and need their first Bible
- Equipping churches — Small congregations in rural areas often lack enough Bibles for their members
- Supporting Bible study groups — Growing churches need Bibles for discipleship and training programs
- Reaching the unreached — Remote villages and brick kiln communities receive Bibles for the first time

How the Annual Distribution Works
1. Requests from Churches and Ministries
Months before the annual campaign, local churches, pastors, and ministry partners submit requests for Free Urdu Bibles. Each request is carefully reviewed to ensure Bibles reach those who truly need them. Priority is given to new congregations, rural communities, and areas where Bibles are scarce.
2. Sourcing and Preparation
Based on the requests received, we source thousands of Urdu Bibles for distribution. Each Bible costs approximately $6 to acquire and distribute. Our team carefully packages and prepares the Bibles for delivery across multiple locations throughout Pakistan.
3. Distribution Events
Distribution events are held at churches, community centers, and outdoor venues across Pakistan. These events are often combined with worship, prayer, and fellowship — making the Bible distribution a celebration of God’s Word. Recipients include pastors, church members, new believers, seekers, students, and families.
4. Follow-Up and Discipleship
Distributing Bibles is only the beginning. Our network of planted churches and trained leaders provides follow-up support to help new Bible recipients grow in their faith. Bible study groups, discipleship programs, and church fellowship ensure that the seed of God’s Word takes root and bears fruit.
